Moving can be a hectic time for anyone. Setting up your utilities can be time-consuming. We would like to make your move one of ease. We have provided information and links to easily set up utilities for your new home.

Utilities required to be in your name:

Water:	The Tradition at Mallard Creek management will switch the water on in your name for you.
Trash	There is no charge for Trash at this community.
Please fill out the Utility Activation Form attached and bring with you when you move-in. This Utility Activation Form will provide us with the account numbers for your unit if there should ever be a problem and show us that you have activated the utilities in your name.
